Our weekly classes from beginners to experts. You can choose the one that fit your needs or you can challenge yourself with a new one each week. 

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga

If you are looking for a balanced practice or are in search of a gentler type of yoga, this class is for you.

Beginners class: Monday & Thursday, 4PM


Intermediate class: Tuesday & Friday 10AM


Advanced class: Wednesday & Saturday 4PM

Power Yoga

If you are looking for an active and fast-paced workout with a less spiritual yoga practice, this class is for you. 

 

Beginners class: Monday & Thursday, 10AM

 

Intermediate class: Tuesday & Friday 5PM

 

Advanced class: Wednesday & Saturday 5PM

Restorative Yoga

If you need to de-stress, dealing with pain, and struggling to relax, this one is for you. 


Class: Monday-Friday, 6PM

Aerial Yoga

If you want a nontraditional yoga experience, or want the benefits of inversions, this class is for you. 


Beginners class: Sat-Sun, 5PM


Intermediate class: Sat-Sun, 6PM

If you want to soothe into chants and relax your mind, this class is for you.


Class: Monday-Friday: 9AM
